Graham McKean - Board
Chairman

Graham
McKean entered the Lloyd's market in 1959 as a trainee and went on
to specialise in North American casualty reinsurance,
which he
headed for the broker CT Bowring until 1980. In that year with
others, he formed Ballantyne McKean and Sullivan.
He has
addressed numerous organisations in the US and the UK on Lloyd's and
other insurance industry matters. He was a member of the Lloyd's
Market Board and an elected member of the Council of Lloyd's for six
years, also serving on the London Market Brokers Committee.
Has
recently qualified as an Associate of the Chartered Institute of
Arbitrators. |

Dimitris Tsesmetzoglou completed his Bachelor of Science, in Insurance and Investment in the City University Business School (now Cass) in 1997. He started his Career in the London Insurance Market in 1998 in Windsor Professional Indemnity where his role was to grow a business from Greece and Cyprus.
He specialized in all the Liability and Crime lines and successfully expanded in the treaty area of Motor Liability.In 2002 he moved to BMS International where he was responsible for putting the business plan together and opening up an office for BMS in Athens. The BMS Hellas office was successfully launched in 2003 where Dimitris was a
partner.
During that period he also successfully completed his MBA in Maritime Management from Leicester University. He has done various publications and taken part in various panels in Greece on specialized Liability and other issues. In September 2006 he was part of the successful Management Buy Out of the BMS Hellas office from the BMS Group.
Dimitris is also on the advisory Board of the undergraduate programs for CASS Business School in London, for Banking & International Finance, Investment Analysis & Insurance, Real Estate Finance & Investment, and Investment & Financial Risk Management. He currently lives in London and travels to Greece twice a month.

Manolis
Siatounis graduated from the Statistics and Insurance Science
School, University of Piraeus, obtained a certificate of Insurance
Practice CIP, London Chartered Insurance Institute
(C II) and he is
finalizing his associate ship of CII (A/CII), London Chartered
Insurance Institute.
He
began his insurance career in 1993 as a group life insurance
underwriter in AMYNA AEGA and continued as an account executive in
EUROPA AEGA and MARSH LLC.
In
2001 he became Director of Special Risks & Reinsurance in EUROPA
AEGA.
Since
January 2005 he has been the Managing Director of BMS Hellas SA and
in October 2006 he was one of the Partners instrumental in the
successful management buy out (MBO) from BMS Group in London.
He
has participated in a number of international seminars and events
(Monte Carlo Randez vous, Baden Baden Conference, Hydra Insurance
& Reinsurance Conference).

Gerry entered the
Lloyd's market in 1978 as a trainee broker and went on to specialise
in international reinsurance.
Since then he as worked
as a Leading Underwriter at Lloyd’s of London, being responsible
for writing a Worldwide Property Treaty portfolio and as reinsurance
buyer for the Syndicates outwards reinsurance. Subsequently, as a
Vice President at Guy Carpenter and as a Board Member at BMS
International Intermediaries responsible for the Eastern
Mediterranean Region.
With more than 30 years of
reinsurance experience of all of the major world markets, he is able
to offer clients strategic advice and placement services for the
reinsurance of all types of non-life insurance portfolios.
In September 2006 Gerry
relocated to Athens to become a founding Partner of BMS Hellas.

Stelios
Assariotis went to Friedrich Wilhelm Universitaet Bonn and obtained
BA in Sociology, Ethnology, Political Science.
He is a
skilled reinsurance executive broker with extensive background in
and thorough knowledge of Casualty (GTP, PI, PA), Engineering,
Special Lines and Property. He is specialized in underwriting
Casualty and Engineering risks.
His
insurance career started in 1990 as a Manager Casualty and Health
departments Nasco Athens and in 1998 became the Manager of
Facultative Department in AON-TRS Athens.
He joined
BMS Hellas as a partner in 2006 and he is currently responsible for
all Facultative Business. He is a member of the Board of Directors
of BMS Hellas and he has attended a number of Life, PA, Risk
Management and Claims Handling international seminars and workshops.
